Jeff Kirkland is KSNZ's Senior DJ, a job which he's aspired to his entire life. Born and raised in Vermouth, Montana, Jeff has known his best friend and station reception-ist, Aura Mora, just as long. After an exteremly rocky first year of a relationship, Jeff finally won the heart of the love of his life, Renee Booth, despite numerous sabo-tage attempts by his boss, Brent Hobbes. Although Jeff is happy in his new found love, he knows that as long as he is dating Renee, his job will never be secure.
Renee Booth
Renee is the head and only employee of the KSNZ Advertising & Promotions Depart-ment. Originally hired as an intern while finishing her masters degree at Vermouth University, Renee was tricked into running the entire department by the corporate managers of Loud Mouth Broadcasting. After a year of being sought after by her boss, Brent Hobbes, and one of her co-workers, Jeff Kirkland, Renee finally found love, but she knows that Brent's obsession with her will never fully end.
Brent Hobbes
Brent Hobbes has worked his way up the corporate ladder at Loud Mouth Broadcast-ing very quickly, making it to executive assistant in just 5 years. Working directly for the heir to the corporate empire, Theodore Q. Caldwell, who wishes to do nothing more than play all day, Brent's lusts for power are easily satisfied. The only equal to Brent's hunger for power is his infatuation with KSNZ's advertising representative, Renee Booth, and it is a burning desire that will not easily be extinguished.
Molly Fitzsimmons
Molly prides herself on being the most promiscuous college professor in history. She is the Advertising Professor in charge of Graduate Studies at Vermouth University, and lucky for one of her students, Renee Booth, she and Molly are best friends. Molly is a firm believer in doing things outside of the box, and is always puzzled as to why other people think her odd. Nothing turns Molly on more than power and authority, and she never misses a chance to get in on some executive-type action.
Hank Flenniken
KSNZ's newest employee, Hank Flenniken, left his job at one of many country music radio stations in Beaumont, Texas to work for KSNZ in Montana after being personally scouted out and hired by Brent Hobbes. Hank is a true blue southern gentleman who never gets an accurate representation of life in the north from working with The Snooze staff. His southern quips and Texas charm are a beacon of light within the insanity of the other KSNZ employees.
Aura Mora
Aura Mora is KSNZ's oldest and most loyal employee; her first job was working as the receptionist for the station and she sees no need for that to change now. Amidst the chaos and melodramatics that engulf the lives of her and fellow coworkers, Aura finds countless ways to keep herself entertained. For her, life is a game and she's going to enjoy playing it, win or lose, until the day she dies. Not many people can keep such a positive outlook on life, but then again, there aren't many people like Aura Mora.
Theodore Q. Caldwell
Theodore Q. Caldwell is the direct heir to the Loud Mouth Broadcasting empire, and his father, the owner and CEO of the com-pany, wants nothing more than for his son to be prepared when the time comes to hand over the company. Theo has no interest in running a radio station, but he plays along to make his father proud. He figures he can just make everyone happy by faking interest and allowing his power mad assistant, Brent Hobbes, to run the show while he lives in an eternal childlike state.
Guy Ladd
Guy Ladd was KSNZ's most unlikely employ-ee considering his long term history as a hard rock DJ from L.A. Guy's extreme hatred for animals led him to become both a vegan and a member of the NRA, but it was that same animal loathing that led to Guy's downfall. Guy was charged within violation of the Endangered Species and Wildlife Preservation Act for taking the lives of 30 endangered species in a national wildlife reserve. He is now serving the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Mr. Bear
Mr. Bear is Theodore Caldwell's best friend and confidante. He may seem just like a stuffed bear to most, but to those who know him well, he's so much more. Only those of the most open and simple of minds are privileged enough to hold a conversation with this most advanced intellect. With the smartest of wits and the most sardonic of personalities, Mr. Bear can seem harsh and a little rough around the edges, but he is always the truest of friends when those close to him need him the most.
